At XPAC RAMON, we strive to ensure that your orders are packed securely and delivered to you in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how orders are processed and delivered across India.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted third-party logistics partners and shipping aggregators to ensure wide reach and reliable delivery.
Our logistics partners may include, but are not limited to:
- Delhivery
- Ekart
- Blue Dart
- Shadowfax
- Other regional and national courier partners
Order Processing Time
Orders placed on our website are generally processed within 24–48 working hours after successful order confirmation.
Prepaid orders are processed on a priority basis and may be dispatched faster than Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner:
- Metro cities: 4-5 business days
- Non-metro & rural locations: 4–7 business days
Most deliveries are attempted between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, depending on the logistics partner’s route and local conditions.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment in real time on the courier partner’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities
- Weather conditions
- Festive or peak sale seasons
- Regional lockdowns or transport disruptions
- Courier partner operational issues
In such cases, we request your patience and cooperation. We will assist you with tracking and follow-ups wherever possible.
Packaging & Damage During Transit
All orders are packed securely at our facility before dispatch. Once handed over to the logistics partner, delivery and handling are managed by them.
Any damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the logistics partner. However, XPAC RAMON covers such cases as per our Refund & Replacement Policy, subject to verification and mandatory unboxing video.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us within 5 days of delivery along with:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product and invoice
- Mandatory unboxing video
Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order.
XPAC RAMON will not be responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD service availability depends on location and courier partner policies. COD orders may require additional verification before dispatch and may take slightly longer to process than prepaid orders.
