Thank you for shopping with XPAC RAMON. We take utmost care in maintaining the quality, authenticity, and hygiene of our products. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Refund Policy – Perfumes & Fragrances

All perfumes, fragrances, and personal care products sold by XPAC RAMON are non-refundable once delivered.

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery, in line with standard industry practices.


Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds are considered only in rare and genuine circumstances, such as:

  • Product received is damaged or leaking
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Incomplete order received
  • Replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability

Refunds will not be provided for reasons related to fragrance preference, longevity, or personal expectations of scent.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any refund-related request, an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Video must start from the sealed package
  • Shipping label must be clearly visible
  • Video must be continuous and unedited
  • Issue (damage/leakage/incorrect item) must be clearly shown

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

To request a refund, please share the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Registered email address or phone number
  • Clear photos of the product and invoice
  • Mandatory unboxing video

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Fragrance dissatisfaction or preference issues
  • Partially used or tampered products
  • Missing or edited unboxing video
  • Requests raised after 5 days of delivery

Final Authority

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by XPAC RAMON. The company (LOTUS HERITAGE) reserves the right to accept or reject any request that does not comply with this policy.
